Safepack VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) Anti-corrosion Metal- wrap is
a unique product evolved by Safepack's metal packaging R&D for
protection of Metal coils/ sheets/ tubes/ wires where extra strength &
high tear resistance is required.
Constructed with waterproof woven PE fabric on one side & extrusion
coated with PE based Multimetal VCI formulations on other side,
this special structure has very high strength & tear resistance. This
imparts it two prong advantage of strength and corrosion
protection.
Safeweave is powered with high penetrating VCI formulation. These
high power VCI molecules can reach to protect the metal surface
exposed within the highly rust prone spirally wound edges of the
Coil/ metal stack.
Multimetal VCI formulation offers protection not only to CR coils but
also to Galvanized coils (white rust protection) and nonferrous coils
(protection from oxidation/ tarnishing).
Safepack VCI formulations are designed to offer both contact as well
as vapor phase protection.
Safeweave being highly flexible is easy to wrap laminate & thus
improves floor productivity.
It is designed for application on automatic machines, but is also
suitable for manual wrapping.
It is available up to 3000 mm width with print option which
attributes for seamless non-tedious packaging.
Being PE based mono-material it is most easy recyclable
product.
It does not contain hazardous/carcinogenic Nitrites,
thus making it human & environment friendly.

Manufactured under strict ISO 9000-2000 norms, SAFEWEAVE is completely free from nitrite. It does
not contain substances which are considered as dangerous to the health, neither in the production
phase of the film, nor in the use of the end product (Certified for compliance with RoHS). It can be
recycled both as material and as energy.
