SAFEPACK VCI PRE-WASH SOLUTION SP-FE-WPW is a specially developed multipurpose solution having need-designed hi-tech VCI chemicals (volatile corrosion inhibitors) dispersed in water & solvent base. It is ideal for washing/rinsing ferrous metal components and parts after final operation and prior to packing and during in-process storage to protect them from corrosion.

SAFEPACK VCI PRE-WASH SOLUTION SP-FE-WPW provides an effective method of protection for short duration both during in-process storage and after final operation till the product goes for packing. It protects metals through direct contact .
The high-tech VCI chemicals deposits on the metal surface and forms a protective mono-ionic layer which provides protection to the parts from corrosion. For optimum results it should be ensured that the parts are completely dried and then covered with a polythene sheet, plastic film or a laminated paper. It thus enables effective short term protection of ferrous metals against corrosion under adverse conditions including contaminants in air such as hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia or acid rain.

Method of usage
- Clean the parts to be protected from dirt, dust and other contaminants.
- For optimum effect complete drying of the parts should be ensured.
- It can be applied either by dipping the components or spraying.
- Stir the solution well before use.
- Ensure complete drying of the components.
- For optimum effect cover the components with a suitable packaging material such as a polythene sheet/bag.
- Seal package well, though not necessarily air tight for maximum benefit.
Packaging and Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool and dry place in a tightly sealed container.
- Stable at normal storage conditions.
- Keep away from contaminants prior to usage.
- Store in original packing for optimum benefits.
