The unique feature of this product is the high load of VCI chemicals and capability to absorb moisture, which makes it a very aggressive fighter against the menace of probable environmental deterioration. Due to high concentration of VCIs, it offers over 10 times more protection coverage than the traditional VCI papers and films, making it idle for large surface and long term protection.

SAFEPACK VCI-FOAMs are designed to address all the above protection challenges. These Foams are flat PU Foam containing high load of Hi-tech Volatile Corrosion inhibiting chemicals. These chemicals have a property of sublimating & they deposit on metal surfaces forming a protective mono-ionic layer. This layer thus offers effective protection against oxidation & corrosion to ferrous & non-ferrous surfaces & hard to reach areas such as drill holes, crevices by making them inert to the action of corroding agents like humidity, moisture, salt etc.
SAFEPACK VCI FOAMs work well under any adverse conditions including contaminants in air such as hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia or acid rain.
