Product Name- Disposable Surgical Drapes
Medical definition-
A cloth arranged over a patient's body during an
examination or treatment or during surgery,
designed to provide a sterile field around the
area.
The concept of disposable drapes was not in vogue in India
with the result that infection posed a major
problem in almost all surgical procedures.

Surgical drapes fabrics with an antimicrobial
film designed to provide a sterile surface to
the wound edge and continuous antimicrobial
activity throughout the procedure. To help
prevent surgical site infection, it is critical
to reduce and restrict microorganisms from
entering the open surgical wound.

Poly coated spun lace drapes help reduce the
risk of surgical site contamination due to skin
flora by providing a physical barrier to skin
bacteria. The film adheres securely to wound
edges which is critical in maintaining the
barrier to skin flora.

of surgical procedures.
MATERIAL
USED:
Fabric for Drapes is manufactured in:
(1) POLY MATERIAL with Antimicrobial
properties.
(2) NON-WOVEN MATERIEAL.
Poly Material:
Poly Drapes fabrics that are manufactured using
food grade polymer. Our Poly Drapes are
manufactured from virgin polyethylene.Poly is
one of the very few materials that are
impermeable to micro organisms, water repellent
and sterilize able.Our poly material are added
with special Antimicrobial masterbatches.
Non woven spun lace absorbent
Spun lace material is also recyclable.
Non-woven spun lace is not as rigid as the
Non-woven material. It is not tear able and will
not release any fibers.
