Customer demands for International quality Reel and Ream wraps. Quite many proactive Mills are shifting from the traditional low strength bulky wrapper to smart, brand enhancing polycoated/ sandwich laminated high strength thin wrappers.
The function of the reel wrapper is to give mechanical protection, moisture protection and to protect the paper and board reels from dirt and other hygiene hazards. A printed reel wrapper gives an identity to the reel packaging and a possibility to promote brand names etc.
It consists of two different products. Reel wrapper and reel side discs for paper industry and other reel wrapping applications in paper conversion industries. Depending on how far the paper reel is to be transported and how it is stored, the optimal wrapping can be chosen. Together with the reel end discs, the printed reel wrap constitutes tight protection around the paper reel, thereby enabling the right level of humidity to be maintained during transport and storage. Recycling
Manufactured under Strict ISO 9001-2000 norms, it fulfils the requirements for packaging material recoverable by material recycling and packaging material recoverable in the form of energy recovery. Safewrappers are recyclable by mechanical separation with existing equipments.
