   Key Performance Areas :

   ·         Business plans,  its execution.

   ·         Topline & Bottomline.

    Requirements :

   1.       Preferably a Science or Engineering graduate, with  post graduation qualification in Finance/Costing.

   2.       Overall experience of at least 15 years,  of which at least 3 years as a CFO / VP (Finance) / Finance Head. Preferably in Group of Companies.

   3.       Plant environment experience (even in initial stages of career) would be desirable.

   4.       Exposure to activities such as JVs, Fund raising, Turn Around management, etc. required.

   5.       Previous experience in Chemicals/Rubber/Printing/Packaging/ Media is not mandatory,  but would be helpful.

   6.       Key skills required : Finance, Business management, High integrity, Team player.

   7.       Candidates from outside Maharashtra, only if willing to relocate to Pune, are preferred,  as this position is at our R/Office in Pune.

   ASSTT. MANAGER (PURCHASE) :- 1 Opening

   This position is at our plant on Pune Nasik Highway, near Shiroli Toll Naka - about 10 kms further towards Nasik from Chakan. Pick up & drop facility for deserving candidates, can be arranged from Bhosari. Candidates with right experience & attitude can be offered import responsibility with corporate placement.

   Key Performance Areas:

   ·         Timely procurement of Raw Materials, including global sourcing.

   ·         Control inventory.

   ·         Monitoring of third party vendors.

   Requirements:

   1. Preferably a Science graduate, with relevant post graduation qualification.

   2. Experience of at least 7-10 years in procurement & negotiations

   3. Exposure to ERP / systems essential. Internet savvy - MS Office tools.

   4. High integrity

   5. Team player

   6. Sound scommercial knowledge

   7. Candidates working with paper or film convertors would be given preference.
