SAFEPACK PEELABLE KRAFT

 

 

 

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION:

Safepack Peelable kraft is process liner developed for continuous slabstock production of Ether/ Ester & other flexible polyurethane foam. This innovative product is manufactured by controlled adhesion of Kraft with thin film of LDPE.Peelable film allows foamers to recover paper leaving polythene film on the foam black surface. Foam can be covered from top, bottom & from sides as well.

 

ADVANTAGES:

 

Ø       The film covers all the surfaces of the foam, thus avoid direct contact of isocyanate vapors to humans.

 

Ø       It protects foam from aging & improves shelf life.

 

Ø       Film acts as barrier to moisture thus improves & maintain the hardness values of foam. Retaining shape of foam while  

         storage will be easier.

 

Ø       As we can rewind all the paper while leaving film on foam surface, 100%  recovery of paper is possible.

 

Ø       Smooth & cleanly operations are possible on manufacturing floor.

Color of film available : Transperant natural color.

Color of paper : Brown

Width available : upto 1800mm

 

 ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS:

Manufactured under strict ISO 9000-2008 norms, Safepack Peelable kraft liner does not contain substances which are considered as dangerous to the health, neither in the production phase, nor in the use of the end product. It can be recycled both as material & as energy.
